Dawson man takes own life at traffic stop

DAWSONVILLE - A Dawson County man wanted for cruelty to children took his own life Monday when stopped by police.
Marvin Michael Dilbeck, 42, Dawsonville was stopped by a deputy near the Dawson-Forsyth County line Monday.
When the deputy approached the car he heard the gunshot. Dilbeck died at the scene from his injuries.
